Andrew is always looking to recruit reliable people to help keep everyone in town safe. Either from the monsters or each other. The RPIT's 'Home Base' is the Police Station, currently undergoing repairs.
You can find Andrew in the station nearly every day but if he isn't there, his Number is posted on the door for anyone who needs him, as well as a CB radio inside tuned to his radio's frequency.

16/2/94 16:43I apologize that we lack a coroner here in Southtown. All the information I can give you is what we've been able to discern without medical assistance.
The cord used appears to be a thick and durable twine. No murder weapons were found. It's also of note that I included a victim from earlier in the month. It is hard to say if any of these deaths are connected. If we are dealing with another serial killer, it's possible they took out my Deputy for being on the scene of the first murder, or just to send a message. His body was found outside of the boardwalk store I have been living in recently.
Several deaths have gone unreported and the bodies removed before any officers could respond. We've found evidence of more twine in the trees in at least 6 other locations, but no bodies on scene.
Known/Reported Deaths:
Date of Death: February 2nd
Jane Doe (Name Unknown)
Date of Deaths: Unknown
Date Bodies were recovered/located: February 14th
Peter Davis
Quintet (Surname unknown)
Cyrus (Surname unknown)
Peeta Mellark
Sasuke Uchiha
Santana Lopez
More bodies may still be discovered, I will update these files as information is gathered,

C.O.D: Severed Arteries (Heart Removed)
Name of Individual(s) who discovered the body: Officer Barnes
Additional Information: Body drained of blood. Various internal organs had seen abuse the likes of which may have been torture or just wild animals getting at the body. Stomach was slashed cleanly, and did not seem in line with the slice in the man's body. Unprofessional opinion, the sliced and broken open chest seemed almost surgical.
Location Found: Southern Forest, hanging from a tree by his ankles
C.O.D: Unknown, potentially a result of a small projectile wound in the chest
Name of Individual(s) who discovered the body: Sheriff Wallace
Additional Information: Body drained of blood.
